What is the duration & timing of the course?


Our course durations are more than sufficient to ensure you are well trained to get into the industry. Culinary Arts - 12 months Bakery & Patisserie Arts - 6 months Timings: 9am to 4pm (flexible)




What is included in the fees?


The fees is inclusive of uniform, study materials, lab fee, tuition fees. Taxes are additional as applicable.




Do I have to pay my fees in one go?


Yes, fees are payable in full in advance. Please note that fees once paid will NOT be refunded.




Do you have any vegetarian courses?


Yes, some courses have vegetarian options. Please contact us for details.

It's been 3 months and I am very sad I only have 3 more to go!! I was initially worried about the short duration of the course and whether I would be ready to join the industry in 6 months. The course will take you by surprise by it's intensity. Looking back at week 1, it's hard to believe we covered so much. The syllabus is well structured and the kitchens are well-equipped. The chefs in the culinary kitchen and patisserie lab are well experienced and very patient.

I don't feel like I'm at an academy, but instead at a place where people care very much!

The Bangalore Culinary Academy (BCA) is the first of its kind which offers diploma courses aimed at getting students trained professionally in the shortest time. Based in Hebbal, this institute is the labour love of Rajesh Nair and Sheraz Nair who are all set to open the school in June.

“There is a constant require ment from the industry for qualified chefs. We wanted to do something innovative and tap into a market which was less explored,” says Sheraz Nair on their inspiration to start a culinary school.
